Our Policies

For Your Safety & Comfort

  1. Royal Folly is an adult inn. We are sorry, but no children under 18 are permitted.
  2. Smoking is allowed ONLY outdoors, on the decks or courtyard.
  3. A maximum of two persons are permitted per room (except for four persons in the two-bedroom Master Sean’s suite).
  4. For the mutual benefit of all, our guests are requested to refrain from loud TV or music between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
  5. We will attempt to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have, so please let us know if there are any restrictions when you make the reservation.
  7. Cancellation requires a 30-day advance notification.  Within 30 days, you are responsible and will be charged for the total amount of the full reservation.  In the event of late cancellation, we will be pleased to refund your deposit, minus $35 handling charge, if the room is re-booked by another guest for the entire period of reserved dates.
  8. Check-in is between 3 and 6 p.m.  Earlier or later check-in can be accommodated at times by calling/pre-appointment.
  9. Checkout time is 11 a.m. M-Sat., and noon checkout is offered with our Sunday champagne brunch.
  10. Guests assume responsibility for any damage or loss.
