Welcome to the Royal Folly Annapolis Bed and Breakfast located in the beautiful (and equally as notably historic) Annapolis, Maryland. What sets The Annapolis Royal Folly apart from any other bed and breakfast? It’s the splendor of the home, the hospitality of its innkeepers, and the land where the home has sat since 1870. The Royal Folly hosts five master suites, all complete with a private full bath , some with Jacuzzi’s, and a touch of royalty only the Folly could bring its visitors.

We as  the Royal Folly innkeepers (Ed and Patricia), are longtime Annapolitans and are available to help ensure that your visit to Annapolis, both inside of the Royal Folly and in the downtown Annapolis- is unique and special to you. From sailing excursions to entertainment venues and endless shopping – it’s all nearby.
